RIGTA's members approved the bylaws of the Association last night, May 15, 2008, at during a general meeting. The required 10 percent quorum was reached and the vote as recorded was 15 votes for, 0 against, 0 abstentions. No amendments were proposed.
The bylaws came into effect immediately, and will remain in effect until the membership sees fit to amend or redact them.
